Project: Wanderlight
Light flows along the traces of the journey.
'Wanderlight' is a visual poem capturing fleeting moments encountered during travels.
This project records the dance of light and shadow in unfamiliar places,
and the emotions discovered within them

The Tree Standing Alone,
United States | SD | Custer State Park | March 2024
"In the boundless plains, a tree stands alone—silent yet steadfast, embodying the quiet strength of solitude."

Eclipsed Marvels,
United States | SD |Wind Cave National Park | March 2024
"Concealed within the earth’s silent depths lies a masterpiece shaped by time—an unspoken beauty, hidden from the world yet waiting to be discovered."

Twilight Currents,
United States | TX | March 2019
"In the fleeting embrace of twilight, crimson skies meet a lingering blue, while wind turbines stand as silent witnesses to the day’s end."

Distant Tranquility,
Spain | Barcelona | January 2019
"High above the bustling streets of Barcelona, a different rhythm unfolds. From this distant vantage, the city whispers instead of roars, revealing a calmness only visible from afar."

By the River’s Edge,
Czech Repulic | Prague | December 2018
"At the river’s edge, the glow of streetlights dances on the water, mingling with the soft flicker of headlights and the warm light from distant homes.
In this moment, the city feels alive, yet apart—its quiet rhythm offering a solitude that soothes, not isolates."

Luminous Stillness,
Czech Repulic | Prague | December 2018
"The Prague Castle rises in luminous stillness, its golden glow reflected faintly on the Vltava’s quiet surface. Below, the city rests in shadow, its buildings dark and unlit.
The castle’s presence feels timeless, as if watching over a moment suspended between history and silence."

The Vibrant Flow,
Portugal | Porto | July 2018
"Under a brilliant blue sky, the Douro River winds gracefully through Porto, its vibrant curves reflecting the city’s colorful rooftops.
The harmony of red and blue feels alive, radiating an energy that seems to echo in every wave, every rooftop, and every breeze."

Beyond the Columns,
Portugal | Porto | July 2018
"Through the narrow space between the columns, a tram glides into view, carrying countless untold stories. As a traveler, I wonder: where is it heading? Who are the passengers, and what destinations fill their minds?
Each of them, unseen and unknown to me, moves through life with a purpose I can only imagine. In this fleeting moment, the city reveals just enough to spark curiosity, leaving the rest to my imagination."

Between the Buildings,
Spain | Barcelona | July 2018
Walking through the narrow streets of Barcelona, I couldn’t explain why, but I suddenly felt the urge to look up at the sky. Stepping into the shaded alley, the atmosphere shifted entirely.
The plants on the balconies and the trees lining the street blended harmoniously, creating a living tapestry. It was only a fleeting moment, but in that shade, I discovered a vividness that resonated deeply."

Journeys Entwined,
Spain | Barcelona | July 2018
"In a labyrinth of alleyways in Barcelona, locals and travelers alike weave through the narrow streets, their lives momentarily converging in a shared space.
Each turn of the corner presents a new path, a new possibility. Standing amidst the vibrant harmony of this scene, I couldn’t help but reflect: isn’t life, too, shaped by the roads we choose to take?"

Patterns of the Manmade,
United States | CA | Santa Monica Beach | March 2018
"On the sands of Santa Monica, the Ferris wheel stands tall against the vast backdrop of the ocean, while the roller coaster track passes together within the frame.
The repetitive patterns of these manmade structures blend with the natural scenery, creating a space where the distinction between the organic and the artificial begins to blur.
It leaves one pondering the harmony—or tension—between these contrasting elements, and what truly defines the beauty of this landscape."

Boundless Path,
United States | CO | November 2017
"Driving through the vast expanse of Colorado, the open road stretched endlessly ahead. A lone car shared the journey, while towering clouds filled the sky above.
In the distance, the majestic mountain ranges stood as silent witnesses to the path winding through their shadows. The scene captured a sense of freedom, an invitation to embrace the unknown that lies beyond the horizon."

Cradle of Ice,
United States | CO | Rocky Mountain November 2017
"Nestled within the towering Colorado mountain range lies an icy lake, its frozen surface mirroring the snow-capped peaks that surround it.
The clouds draped over the mountains seem to blend with the icy landscape, amplifying the cold, serene beauty of the scene. It is a place where the silence of winter reigns, offering a fleeting glimpse into nature's untamed majesty."
